Runs plugins on STOMP over WebSocket. Every text message, in either direction, is parsed as a STOMP frame and passed to the nested plugins as a request: the STOMP command is the method, the STOMP headers are the header fields. Their changes are written back into the message. A plugin that ends the flow drops the message. Other messages pass unchanged.
